Overview
As the UX Lead at LaPieza Academy, a bootcamp program supporting candidates in active job search, I was responsible for designing the program's e-learning platform with end-to-end UX functionality. (2022-2023)
I initiated and implemented the #ComunidadDePiezerxs program, engaging an audience of approximately 150 people, to provide ongoing support and facilitate weekly live activities that complemented the educational content on the platform. I created materials for the sessions and coordinated efforts for professional visits.
Through these initiatives, we achieved our learning objectives while continuously making discoveries to enhance our digital product.
