Overview
Concept design, validation, and implementation leader of the first post-pandemic massive event to welcome +900 university students.
The objective of this project was to completely redesign the university welcome event to provide a warm welcome to both new and returning generations after the pandemic. The goal was to showcase all areas of the university, promote student engagement, and create a memorable first day of in-person classes.

Process
The process of redesigning the university welcome event began with gathering information and conducting stakeholder interviews to understand the needs and expectations of new and returning students, as well as faculty and staff members. Based on the insights gained, the event concept, format, and content were developed to create an engaging and inclusive experience. Promotional materials and personalized welcome kits were designed to generate excitement and provide essential information. A comprehensive campus tour was organized, highlighting key locations and services. The welcome ceremony and student engagement activities were carefully planned to foster connections and create lasting memories. Throughout the process, feedback was collected and evaluated to ensure continuous improvement. The project was executed within the allocated budget, considering cost-effective options whenever possible.
